Barbara operates her business with a keen eye on overhead,
keeping costs down to ensure affordable marketing services for
small- and medium-sized businesses. "Clients should get what
they pay for, and not have to worry about paying for someone
else's lavish buildings and extravagance," said Castilano.
Early on, Barbara provided a menu of services that companies
could cost effectively choose from. The services included
marketing plan development, copy writing, advertising, public
relations and sales training.
In 1995, Barbara teamed up with Mike Krumm to expand services
into Web site development, computer training and e-newsletter
design. The arrangement included additional contracts with his
consulting partners, forming a powerful e-marketing service
alliance.
Barbara expanded services again in 2000 by adding 3D
animation, interactive multimedia, video editing, and
presentation production. In 2002, e-learning services and
tradeshow support services were added.
The list of clients grew and in 2002 international
manufacturing companies took notice. Marketing Options began
servicing clients in Hong Kong and Germany. By using the same
marketing services offered to her clients, Barbara deployed a
successful e-marketing campaign that generated inquiries about
her company from prospective customers as far away as Port
Nelson, New Zealand.
In 2005, Marketing Options Web site services expanded further
into international and domestic marketing, including the
construction of an e-commerce site for a manufacturing company
in Xenia, OH serving Chinese, French, Italian, Spanish, German,
U.K. and U.S. markets.
In 2006, Mike Krumm officially joined Marketing Options as a
full-time employee. During this time, advanced digital
photography, on-site video services and tradeshow booth design
were also added to the Marketing Options line of offerings.
In 2008, Marketing Options expanded into it's current
location at 7986 Clyo Rd, offering larger conference space,
ample parking, and more comfortable setting for the clients.
Today, we proudly serve as a complete marketing department
for many of our clients while still offering only specific
services if our clients choose. We continue to serve small- and
medium-sized businesses in local, national, and international
markets.
